Besides the fact that it'd be kind of a waste with all the extra cheese and onions, I hate when I pay for extra toppings and they just forget it. :|

now yes this might be an annoying order but if he did get charged extra for the onions and cheese but did not get them, isnt that also a fault on the restaurant's part? they couldve just canceled and refunded him or something
