With onboarding. You have to build their trust and then once they trust you, let your team take the wheel. If new clients slide in while you’re MIA, just have a solid onboarding doc your right-hand person runs throw in a pre-recorded welcome video from you so it still feels personal. Fr clients just wanna feel seen at the start, nail that first impression and they won’t even clock that you’re not there day to day.
