I too understand what you mean by this. Just a thought, could you wear this perfume when you’re doing happy things, or going on date nights? Making happy memories? To re wire and bring the happy memories to the smell? (I have worded that so terribly 🤦🏼♀️)

the smell of beer will make me start to shake, smells can 100% be triggers. im not a drinker so im not around it but doing the bottle/can returns and the machine just smells of beer, I hate doing it.

make sure you wear this on little trips to the shops. to days out with your family. to meals out. male new memories to overwrite the bad. it won't cancel them out, but eventually you'll remember the good BEFORE the bad come to the front of your mind. it worked for me 🥰

My mum died suddenly 5 years ago and a few days later when I was at her house a parcel came and it was a bottle of my fave perfume. She had ordered it for my birthday. I still haven’t opened it 😞 is that daft ?
