@jessicacd62: Counting down the days and tomorrow we are officially in double figures and nearly a month down! People say ‘oh he’s only away 4 months’ - come back to me when you’ve experienced what I have the past few weeks and hardly speaking to your husband🥴😅🫠 time difference, hospital admissions for our baby, some serious unexpected rubbish (saying this politley), work, being a mum, having a life and being kind to myself is pretty hard to share yourself to all these responsibilities… the guilt for not being able to meet all those demands sometimes eats me alive, but the biggest lesson I’ve learnt is that no matter what my world of my kids, husband, family and friends makes every day a brighter happier day. Shouting out to ALL those mothers/fathers who do not have any support when their partners are on military deployment… you are top heroes and I do not know how you do it! Thank you to those who have been my rock the past few weeks, the moments I’ll never forget and I’ll always return the favour! Here’s to maintaining positive, counting down the days till we can cuddle again and chat in the same time zone haha! #military #deployment #MentalHealth #marriage #family
