@offenceregister: DAVID DUNCAN DUNDEE PAEDOPHILE PENSIONER SEX OFFENDER ANGUS Introduction A highly dangerous pensioner and serial predator from Dundee who callously launched a horrific campaign of child violence—abusing a toddler inside a car outside a primary school and targeting another during sleepovers in Spain—has been jailed. 77-year-old David Duncan was completely unmasked following an intensive public protection inquiry. The Offences and Trial Details Duncan operated across Dundee, Fife, Forfar, and Salou, executing a calculated sequence of physical and youth violations between two-thousand-and-seven and twenty-twenty-three. The predator non-compliantly targeted minor girls, performing a terrifying campaign of indecent acts, putting his hand inside a four-year-old's underwear, tracking unmonitored pathways to exploit children. Sentences and Court Orders Dragged before Dundee Sheriff Court after angry spectators tried to storm the dock to attack him violently, the monster’s denial scripts collapsed into a guilty plea. The judiciary stripped away his community freedom on Tuesday, handing down a twenty-seven-month immediate prison term, locking him behind secure bars under a ten-year register mandate. Investigation and Impact The intensive investigation by Police Scotland nailed his crimes despite his diagnoses of Alzheimer’s and terminal cancer. Sheriff Alastair Carmichael slammed his sickening behaviour and the severe abuse of trust, ruling that only immediate jail time could reflect public abhorrence to guarantee absolute public safety.
