The project embodies a Regenerative Design approach that moves beyond simple sustainability to "doing good" by restoring and giving back to its natural surroundings. This is achieved by merging seed preservation, agricultural research, and agritourism into a cohesive, climate-resilient ecosystem. Architecturally, the facility is designed to act as a cultural landmark and a working repository that uses passive environmental systems and site-specific materials to harmonize with the local landscape of Santiago City.
