Personal assistant/ Digital Marketing Assistant Location: (50% Remote / 50% In-Person in Baku) Job Type: Flexible Hourly Contract About the Role: I am officially looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to become my right hand. As a professional digital content creator, my day-to-day is incredibly dynamic, and you will essentially be learning and executing exactly what I do. Out of everyone on the team, this is the most critical role to me. What we do is highly creative and super fun, but there is a massive amount of responsibility behind the scenes. I need someone who can enjoy the fast-paced creator environment while taking the operational execution very seriously. What You’ll Be Doing: Content Research: Scouting out the latest world news, tech trends, and digital culture to gather and prep fresh ideas for posting. Workflow & CapCut Tweaks: You won’t be the main video editor (we have a dedicated person for that), but you must know your way around CapCut. You'll need to understand my specific workflow and be able to jump in to make quick, on-the-fly video adjustments when needed. Strategy & Syncing: Meeting up in person regularly to align on goals, platform strategies, and upcoming projects. "Side Quests": Handling various administrative, creative, and operational tasks as they pop up throughout the week. We will dive into the specific details if you are a good fit. Requirements Location: You must be based in Baku. While the job is about 50% remote, regular IRL meetups are required so we can stay perfectly synced. Languages: Fluent in Azerbaijani is a must. Your English doesn't need to be flawless, but it must be solid enough for easy communication and internet research Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating digital trends, social media platforms, and CapCut. Mindset: Highly responsible, organized, adaptable, and ready to treat the behind-the-scenes work seriously. Compensation & Perks: Pay: This is a paid opportunity with an hourly rate.
