@michaelamushelelo: My fellow Namibians, I have strong Hunch that Banking Officials as well as Members of the Namibian Police Force are working together in a Synchronized System to steal money from Pensioners Bank Accounts. The Bankers provide the Information on which Pensioners have recently received their Retirement Savings, money is Stolen from the Pensioners Account. When such matters are reported they are usually Investigated by a Specialized Unit of the Namibian Police Force called Commercial Branch, it is my sincere belief that Members of the Special Branch are working together with Criminals. My reason to Suggest that, is because we have never seen Individuals being Arrested in regard to Pensioners Money having being Stolen from Bank Accounts. That’s why for years I have been calling for an Establishment of an Agency that will be called NBI (Namibia Bureau of Investigation) something similar to the FBI.
