I have thick and wavy hair, and it took me a v long time to find someone who knew how to deal w my hair. I was always told it wasn’t possible wo cutting a majority of what I had grown out or no one would try to. Then I found a woman who shared info about layering and it made a HUGE difference w the overall weight and look of my hair. It’s been a min and I def need a trim but it’s nice seeing textured hair get life back after sessions like this.
