I started drinking/sipping the sleepy mocktail every evening.
1/4 - 1/3 cup tart cherry juice,
1 scoop Calm Magnesium powder,
a few drops of stevia,
ice and fill the class with sparkling water.
this drink relaxed me and I still have it every evening, it's been about 2 years.
