I speak fluently 3 languages. For I don't know what reason when I'm stressed I instantly switch to German. I barely speak German!

i speak 2 fluent and 2 halfly. during my work i need all 4 from time to time. at the end of the day i just faulter in all of them in one scentence

sometimes ill know a word in welsh but be speaking to my English parents and have to keep repeating the welsh word in my head till I figure out the English equivalent, sometimes I just give up tho

I'm fluent in 4 languages. it's stressful... I know them really well, yet somehow when it's time to hold a conversation I forget all 4 simultaneously

me and my friends are all fluent in at least 2 languages and can have conversation in 3 more, our conversations are extremely complicated (especially as we have maybe 1 language everyone speaks, 2 max, and the other 3 are just kinda similar, like one is fluent in Spanish, on in Italtian, and i can converse -not fluently- in Portuguese) because we're all just always switching without realising, and for an outsider, it all sounds like gibberish

I randomly switch. Between all the languages I know without realising, I once was in England spent an entire week speaking Latin without realising. Before I get asked I don't know how I didn't notice

my favorite was my friend, speaking my language purposefully doing an accent of her second language, that was layered over her natural accent from her first language. I could not replicate that if you have me a hundred years and unlimited examples to reference 😆

I'm bilingual and I sometimes dream in English, but my native language is polish so whenever I tell my English dream to a polish person i add swears to the dialogue that weren't there originally but would 100% be there if I dreamt that same dream in polish because I don't swear in English
