Set the bench around 70° so your delts can work properly without unnecessary joint stress. 2️⃣ Stop arching your back Too much arch turns your shoulder press into an incline chest press Keep your core tight and upper back stable. 3️⃣ Fix your elbow path Too flared = more shoulder joint stress Too tucked = more triceps Find a natural pressing angle around 45° where you can really feel your delts working.
