Why make this video? It’s a used car; Carvana tries to find cars in good running condition but used cars; German cars nevertheless will at some point have issues. They made it right. This should be more of a PSA about buying expensive German cars rather than buying from Carvana.

Not carvanas fault. Out of the German cars my Audi was the biggest pos I’ve ever owned. After 4/50k the thing fell apart. Literally at 50,040 miles it needed a new trans for 15k and Audi wouldn’t do shit to help.

Carvana is awesome, in my experience. Only issue, Just got an a5 and had the same symptoms. Turns out, a few fuses were half inserted. Easy fix. 🤷♂️

Are there interest rates still Hot garbage? I bought a car from them in 2020, then I realized the interest rate was like 16% so I canceled it and bought the same car from a dealership with 2% APR lol

Customer advocate at carvana here, yes sometimes the cars have issues. BUT, we cover everything if it has warranty. We will work with people even if it doesn’t have warranty. Carvana gives you 7 days to try the car out and if there is any issues you can return it or swap free of charge. The cars are inspected by our in house mechanics who do amazing jobs. Sometimes things do slip by. That’s why we help out as much as we can. We care about our customers just as much as our employees. 💙

bro got an audi without the factory warranty still ..... my kia came with a 3 year 60,000 mile warranty because it only had 20,000 mile so the factory warranty is still valid just not 10 year 100,000
