@marriedtobbq: Skip the bananas 🫣 Mixed Berry Pudding is the new dessert of the summer! 🍓🫐 Creamy Mixed Berry Pudding ⤵️ 1 - 5oz vanilla pudding mix 3 cups whole milk, cold 7oz sweetened condensed milk (half a can) 8oz whipped topping 1 box Nilla wafers 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen) 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix & cold milk. Whisk until it just starts to thicken. 2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and whisk again. 3. Add the whipped topping & fold it into the pudding until well-combined, then store in the fridge to set for 15 minutes. 4. Crush the Nilla wafers to your desired consistency, then pour half the bag into the bottom of a baking dish. 5. Add half of the chilled pudding mixture and stir to combine, then top with a layer of fresh berries (reserve about 1/4 cup of your berries for topping). 6. Add the remaining pudding mixture to the dish and smooth with the back of your spoon, then add the remaining crushed Nilla wafers & berries on top. 7.
