you have absolutely no idea how much your videos are helping me with sobriety. The last time I relapsed was more than a year ago when I was 3 months postpartum. That’s when I realized my problem isn’t only going effect me but now my marriage, my newborn baby. 1 year sober today. It took me 27 years to finally feel happy naturally. Don’t get me wrong I still get sad but I don’t choose to drink anymore. I can’t. I have this beautiful boy I call my son. He is my reason. But thank you for these videos from your fellow former alcoholic.

I am 7 months sober. There are days where I want to have a drink so bad, but I ride it out and remind myself why I NEED to be sober. I go to bed every night thanking God for another day of sobriety and wake up in the morning praying for sobriety. I always seem to come across your videos when I need them the most ❤️

Kate I've been watching you for awhile now I can see how you have grown you're very inspiring. I don't have an addiction problem but just watching this video opened my eyes to the lying addiction I have and maybe it's because I don't want to see the real me. everything you said about lying hit home to me I don't know how to remedy it just yet but I now know I have to. thank you for this video.
