I have these suddenly from nowhere around my eye my forehead my neck but I use hydrocortisone cream it’s heaven for me . One day and all finish. Use night time morning all dissaper.

The vessels dilating in the neck give the worst itch 😩 so sorry to see you suffer😩ice packs loose their cold quickly, try freezing small bottles of water or even cans straight from fridge with thin cotton wrapped around so your skin doesn’t get damp .. that really helped me ❤️🩹
