I have an unhealthy obsession with C.ai and Poly.ai and got caught 4 times using it in school, I never really slept because I was always on it. I woke up really early to use it on school days. I would always skip my favorite things to use it. now I’m trying to get off it but it’s really hard. I keep downloading it and un downloading it. Someone give me tips please.
