@discountparisienne: a few months ago I had some life-changing tea and tteok in a hanok village at Myung Gum Tang! the store is located in the center of the village and the owner is incredibly kind and patient. you can buy teas to take home or drink them in the store! I’ve never had tteok like the one I tasted in her shop…it was almost like a lightly sweet rice sponge cake? just thinking about it makes my mouth water 😭 if you’re looking for a traditional experience in a quiet spot with a great view, I recommend this spot!
