@abdaniellesmith: Exciting day for Alberta oil and our economy. Southbow has successfully completed its open season for its 550,000 barrel per day 'Prairie Connector' pipeline to the United States. This means thousands of great jobs for Albertans and Canadians for pipeline construction and the new oil production facilities and operations needed to fill it. This investment was not possible 2 years ago under Trudeau's and Guilbeault's economic attacks on our province. But with the Alberta-Ottawa Energy Agreement in place and those 2 terrible laws and destructive politicians gone, we are on our way! Just another sign that Alberta has turned the tide and our future is brighter than ever. I call on the federal government to unequivocally support this project and provide any and all necessary permits when ultimately required.
