People say they’ll just do this themselves, and some will for sure, but this is really smart. Buying and returning 20+ totes from Costco is a pain in the butt and takes multiple trips meaning lots won’t do it.

Walmart has a tote wjth wheels and a handle for around $20. They are bigger than the Costco ones and very sturdy!

I’d get boxes to resell to to mix in so when people can move they can also worry about a few less boxes to have to unbox and be able to keep

Check out the crates Elephant Trunk Moving Supplies uses. They have a similar concept in DFW. I’ve used them twice and love it! It’s such a good idea.

These totes are great but they crack easily. I feel like you will be replacing a lot of totes after each rental. Which might be fine and I’m sure you bake that in to your rental pricing.
