You cant cure melasma, it will come back. It is a skin condition, but you can lighten it so it seems gone. It will come back in the summer.

Melasma is really hard to get rid of. 🙏🏼 Because it is a chronic pigmentary condition that is manageable, not curable. Even after improvement, it can recur with improper sun protection and maintenance treatment! And one of the most overlooked trigger also is heat. Not just from UV exposure but prolonged heat exposure in general! Glad you’re managing it. 🤍🤍
