@mamakarlsss: debated posting this.. but when I started 75 Hard I was the heaviest I’ve ever been, but fully determined to become the healthiest & best version of myself. this challenge is not just hard physically, but mentally. pushing through on hard days & having extreme discipline with no motivation. obviously this is not where I’m ending, I’m just getting started, but I’m finally starting to see & feel the results. I’m going to keep pushing & can’t wait to see where the next 50 days take me. (Please be kind, these things are so scary to post 🫠)
