yeah America wants to learn things from the IDF that they do better than we do, like how we train and cooperate with Taiwan, NATO, Singapore, etc.. Our research with Israel has led to the development of things like the thaad and improved our own weapons platforms like the Abrahams tank, Apache helicopter, patriot systems, F35, etc. Israeli personal protection systems like the iron fist and trophy systems have been adapted and are used on American infantry platforms. America's collaboration with Israel means more us servicemrmbers comes home and our offensive systems are way more capable. That's why we have that bill, and that's why our enemies don't like us working with Israel
