No not a plain Cross that is for Christians . Catholics wear the crucifix . I never just wore a cross . Our Crucifix shows that there must be suffering in our lives . And then we unite ourselves with Jesus . And the Crucifix is more of a reminder than the plain Cross . My Deacon husband of 27 years gave me this information 🙏🙏
