girl.......25 years ago I was 394 lbs and my son was 1.....I had my stomach stapled because I wanted to be able to see him graduate from high school.... lost 150 lbs and still stayed over 200 lbs... last August.... turning 62 and knowing my parents passed in their 60's....I Started my journey again, starting at 212lbs.... today I'm 166 and now starting to exercise which i haven't done in forever to try to get down further and get take some of this excess skin firmed up...... you got this and we both have this together..... love you girl!!!!💜🙏💜🙏💜
