I am a neurodivergent person, I am also an Egoist (a philosophy — see Max Stirner for more info), I also heavily compartmentalize myself. I don’t have multiple personality disorder or anything, but I view myself as three main parts (body, mind, spirit) with an overarching ego or sense of self. Everytime I doubt myself I have an internal conversation with my ego. It’s like an internal war between 2 versions of me. One is convinced I am less than others the other tells me I am better. I as a person act like neither of them it’s almost like every mistake I make and everything I do well they have their own things to say. That’s the best way I can explain it atleast.
