@crmnallyobsessed: EXCLUSIVE: On the day the South Carolina Supreme Court overturned Alex Murdaugh’s murder conviction, former Murdaugh housekeeper Blanca Simpson visited Maggie Murdaugh's gravesite and recorded this video. She needed to sit with one of her closest friends and process the news that her former boss would face a second trial for the murder of his wife and their son, Paul, at their Moselle home in June of 2021. Blanca testified in the original trial. Murdaugh was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences on March 3, 2023. The South Carolina Supreme Court overturned that conviction, citing jury tampering by Colleton county clerk of court Becky Hill. Murdaugh remains in prison for his tax evasion conviction.
