Neem een goede sigaar (longfiller) bestast alleen uit tabak. Vanaf de jaren '90 hebben ze in sigaretten zeer veel rotzooi toegevoegd. Nicotine is op zich niet slecht maar alle bijproducten in de sigaret maakt het niet beter. Daarom ga sigaren roken (short of longfiller).
