@faithfulk9heroes: I was filming a memorial service for a fallen K9 hero today at the military cemetery. Out of nowhere, a gust of wind swept his partner’s leash off the table. It just took off across the grass. His handler’s reaction was immediate and raw. He went after it so fast, with so much pain on his face. My heart just broke. 💔 He caught it, wrapping it around his wrist exactly how he used to hold it. The whole world just stopped for a second. 🥺 Returning to the memorial, he gave the most powerful salute I have ever witnessed. Pure silence. 🙏 #K9 #Military #Hero #NeverForget
