(Not giving you advice! Just something to bring up with your vet!) if you are trying meds, my girl didn’t do well on a year of Prozac. However she’s a totally different dog on Zoloft (we get at human vet). It seems like Zoloft does well specifically with noise phobia, her biggest issue. She’s alert still (we live in NYC) but the change is insane. You’re an amazing owner, go Henry!!

I think your environment is so overstimulating for him. The apartment in the city, straight into street with noises and million smells...not hating on you and your patience and progress is wonderful. I have an anxious pup and moved to the city outskirts for more quietness and she thrives...
