Oh wow! It’s been almost 5 weeks. He wanted no contact so I didn’t even reply to his message asking for no contact. I realize now I probably should have acknowledged his ask and wished him well. I was planning to write him a letter acknowledging and informing him about what I’ve realized about the things he told me and why it was so hard for me to acknowledge it before. Now I’m wondering if that is too much but it feels like a hey “thinking of you, hope you’re well” feels too casual for what happened

I feel defeated because I did a lot of the right things and my separated partner opened up to me more recently, but I started to push a little too much after that and I felt resistance from her again and felt her closing up again. Now I’m trying to give her space again to heal, but I’m afraid that doing too much pushed her away for good.

she said she loved me but wanted to be friends and get back when time was right but i kept pushed her unknowingly by begging her showing how much i love her and for 2 months she ignored me showed a “i dont give a dime about you” personality but recently she showed me she still loves me but is confused (my interpretation) do i talk to her now or wait like 3-4 weeks cause she said im gonna need a long time to think about this

its too soon for me to make an attempt at this she has been engaging me in low pressure conversations about are children and telling me bits and pieces about her life but if I did this now it would be a set back
