Full recipe: 10 bananas washed and peeled into a big jar. Handful of raisins. Cinnamon stick. 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar. 2 to 3 tablespoons raw honey. Orange peel. Big splash of active kvass brine with the sediment. Fresh water to fill the rest. Cover loosely. Room temperature for 3 days. Strain. Bottle into swing top bottles. Leave out 24 hours to carbonate. Refrigerate. Serve ice cold. Tastes like banana root beer. Link in bio for the full fermentation system.
