I don’t necessarily think mental health is last per se ,cause glowing up is a whole journey . Of course do what works for you , cause it’s your Glow Up . I’m looking at it ,if I was depressed, bedrotting, not eating , isolating or just wanted to reinvent myself. I think tackling mental health first can feel like a lot when your already feeling at your lowest , thats why people advice to start small . Clean your sleeping area , go for a walk , journal ,wear something comfortable or cute, doing this contributes to your mental health , almost like surface level cause you feel good about yourself , you did something productive. As time goes on and keep up the routine you can then dive deeper into your mental health problems , and it won’t feel as overwhelming . You’ll feel motivated to become the best version of yourself. 🌸 cant wait to see everyone’s glow up ✨
