I’m convinced she meant to say rutabaga, which you can use to substitute dairy in the sense that it has a creaminess to it if cooked down in certain recipes. But this arugula thing is hysterical to me.😂

Now mix it in some meatballs because she wasn't talking about using it in cereal or in coffee or in milkshakes. She was talking about meatball filler. So, whether she was talking about a plant or something that is actually a milk substitute, both items would work in meatballs to add texture.
