its clear there is a guided hand if professional investigators didnt gather the information from their investigation and its a presumption. One could also presume the exact opposite. Absolute evidence not found.

A victims mother should never have anything to do with the investigation of a possible crime! When doing a murder investigation all parties phones should be subpoenaed period! This was not a clean investigation!

So the investigator tells the mother of one of the crash victims that he’s going to believe her more than anyone else in the case!!! And he also states that his mom was the one that said that she really thought there was something more sinister going on. So that was the narrative and that’s what they did.
