Nublar and Sorna are th only islands that Hammond specifically used for his work with dinosaurs. Sorna for studying them and Nublar for the park. The other 4 of the five deaths (Matanceros, pena, tacano, and muerta) probably have nothing on them and only came with his purchase (or lease) of the islands from the cotsa rican government.
