Came back from Tenerife today. Our flight was fine because BA checked everyone in 2 h 30 mins before instead of the usual 2h. But we watched the flight before us, Ryan air to Liverpool leave around 20 people behind who got stuck int he queue and didn’t get to the gate in time. It’s no good telling people to come 3 hours before unless check in opens 3 hours before.
