I’m a fan of using a rhino liner on the boards. Keeps the water off the top and give you traction with whatever you haul.

Just an idea, would it be a good idea to weld some etrac to the rails? Especially on the front incase you need to hold something from rolling back

Should have used boiled linseed oil on the wood. much better than any chemical product on the market.
