I am always on his side but when all the disappointments and anger subsides I realized that Yi Chen sacrificed a lot too. They have different circumstances and Yi Chen just want to fight for them but how do you really choose between family and love? In Lu Feng’s side he can do it because the family he grew up with was never that warm to him and he felt that the only real love and acceptance he felt was with Yi Chen but in Yi Chen’s side he grew up with a loving family. They were born and raised lovingly and were really close. How do you really choose between the family that raised and taught you everything? Sure they might not be always right but come on in real life we will all be a Yi Chen if my family raised me that way. Everything that he is was because of what his family sacrificed and did for him so how can he really just turned his back on them. Being the eldest means you are the second parent. You sacrificed more than anyone else because it is what is expected from you. So as much as I hate Yi Chen’s decisions and actions, I understand him and all Lu Feng’s feelings are valid, still he needed to think more than the relationship he and Yi Chen have. He tends to self destruct because he love him too much and forgets that Yi Chen should only be a part of his world not his entire world. Hayssst I want them to be happy. Gave them a happy ending please. 🙏
