It’s hard to talk openly about your pain, and not have the doctor automatically assume you’re trying to get more pain meds. Its horrible.

you look so healthy and you are young! that one is the worst. have had 2 heart attacks at 32 and 43... but i looked so young with a 99% lad blockage both times with 33 years of lupus and ra and uc etc but yes you are correct....im over the system

I have Interstitial Cystitis aka Painful Bladder Syndrome. It is horrid. I was also diagnosed with breast cancer in September of 2024. I am in remission now but still have pain and my bladder feels like I have been kicked by a horse and my urethra feels like it’s being twisted. Pain management Drs here will not treat abdominal pain and my Oncologist told me to take Tylenol and Motrin. I live in hell everyday my spirit is broken.

that "You're too young for this" hit HOME. I started having severe back pain issues at 22. I'm 37 now. when I tell new doctors I've had debilitating back pain for 15 years they look at me like I'm crazy. "You're too young for that." no! I'm not.
