you miss an amazing opportunity to also point out the fact that this is one of the few people that might be getting close to if not reaching his fiber goal for the day. The amount of kiwi and blackberries he had there at breakfast means he probably got to about 15 g of fiber, the avocado and sauerkraut he had for lunch was also quite substantial getting him maybe not exactly 10 g but pretty close, and then with the berries and I’m assuming there was a little bit and whatever that cereal was he added he probably got to roughly 30 to 35, which would be the recommendation for a male in the United States. Do not discount this, especially as somebody who’s eating as much protein as he’s having and probably will be for a while, you need to have fiber to allow the gut bacteria he’s trying to build from the yogurt and sauerkraut to have food to eat. Otherwise they don’t need anything, and also as colorectal cancer is continuing to go up in the United States, especially with protein levels being increased this needs to be a higher priority for people. Please start listing this more regularly. As someone who looks at the daily recommendations for things and includes it sometimes in your videos, fiber needs to be tracked just as much as these other things for a long-term health. I know you’re aware of this but her other others, the recommendation is 14 g of fiber per 1000 cal so for most males in the United States that’s gonna be about 35. The majority do not get even 10. Imagine if you were only getting about a third of the protein you needed each day. Long-term health impacts are real from things like that.
