Omgosh Dan. I’ve realised this recently because I was stuck in trauma loop. I started reading the bible, forgave everything and everyone and myself and surrendered. I genuinely feel as if I’m operating from the now / present. It’s like my past is but a distant/ foggy memory. For those out there stuck. Try and heal your past simply by forgiving those/ things/ yourself. It’ll clear space for you to think clearly and receive inspiration from God/ source. Don’t carry other people bags/ secrets/ problems, or your very own unserving thoughts. 🙏

It’s only been recent that I have realised that I was replaying the past situations over and over and not understanding just how detrimental this would be for me. Now I’m at the point where I catch myself thinking about it and stop. I’m not interested in telling the stories to anyone anymore because I know that they’re not interesting to others and more importantly I’M not interested in them anymore. Maybe only a small thing but a huge shift for me.
