INGREDIENTS: ● Tortilla — 1 Pcs. ● Eggs — 4 Pcs. ● Sausages — 2 Pcs. ● Mozzarella cheese (grated) — 50 g ● Cheese slices — 4 Pcs. ● Tomato — 1 Pcs. ● Salt — to taste ● Vegetable oil — for frying INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Cut the sausages in half lengthwise. 2. Heat a skillet and lightly grease with vegetable oil. 3. Fry the sausages on both sides until lightly golden. 4. Beat the eggs with salt. 5. Pour the egg mixture over the sausages. 6. Cook until the eggs begin to set. 7. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top. 8. Place the tortilla over the omelet. 9.
