Exfoliating is the last thing I do in the shower. Plus you should always wash conditioner off your body after washing your hair to help prevent body zits. At least that's what Seventeen Magazine taught me 30 years ago 😆

I never thought about it this way, but it makes so much sense. I used to use sugar scrub before I even got wet bcs it felt like it was doing more and the water dissolved the scrub and make it less effective

I used the la roche posay cicaplast gel b5 on my bfs eyes and it irritated his skin around his eyes. He has this acne cream that the dermatologist prescribed to him that he put on before it so I’m wondering if like the cicaplast didn’t have a good reaction with the acne cream or if it just didn’t have a good reaction to my bfs skin and he should just stop using it. The acne cream is clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide
