That’s not fully true Walmart managers make 120k is base and they can get up to 200% of there salary in bonuses but it’s not guaranteed (correct me if I’m wrong but it’s about true but maybe not down to the dot)

That’s not how it works you can’t just walk into a Walmart or HVAC place with a application and they hire you need a certificate from a college or something like it for the HVAC job and Walmarts aren’t just going to give you a manager or GM position without past experience sure you can technically lie on your application but the fact is they still need some type of experience jobs like that aren’t that easy to get it’s not like getting hired at McDonald’s or Dunkin’s

400k is only for the very top performing Walmart super center managers in the top performing Walmart supercenters, so definitely not all managers make 400k. Supercenter managers average about $128k. Which is still super good, but Charlie is just wrong here, saying it like all WM SC Managers make 400k.
