i use 1 tablespoon chiaseed, 1 clove, 1 cardamom, pinch of cinnamon, pinch of tumeric and pinch of fenugreek powder soak at 8pm n put in the refrigerator, then take out at 5:30am from the refrigerator and mix 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. At 6am drink the chiaseed..and eat my 2 chappati at 6:20am.. then 7:30am I will take the medicine too... REMEMBER DONT TAKE MEDICINE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF DRINKING CHIASEED.. plus I eat 2 chappati 6:20am, normal soup base kway teow, mee hoon, brown rice with chicken n veg...2 chappati with veg at 8pm then 10pm walk 5200 steps on the road...
