ok am i crazy or am I misunderstanding the word "nap"?? you're telling me there are ppl who can not only fall asleep within 15 mins, but can do it quickly, get 15 mins of sleep, AND WAKE UP AND BE FINE? literally both those processes are hrs long for me on either end lol
