Are you by chance hypermobile? Flexible? Unstable joints? Lots of popping joints? If so, your skin issues sound a lot like mine which popped up in my 20’s from MCAS. Things like pregnancy can trigger it. This just sounds all so familiar and then in my late 30’s I was diagnosed with the trifecta finally and my whole life made sense. Mold is also a huge trigger for MCAS.
