Creamy Alfredo Pasta in 15 minutes Ingredients * 220g of uncooked fettuccine * 100g of diced bacon * 2 tbsp of butter * 3 cloves of minced garlic * 1 cup of heavy cream * 1 tsp of onion powder * 1 tsp of garlic powder * 1 tsp of Italian seasoning * Pinch of red chili flakes * 50g of grated parmesan cheese, * A pinch of salt and pepper Steps: 1. Bring a large pot of water to the boil and season generously with salt. Add your pasta and allow to cook while you get started on the sauce. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water and drain pasta. Set aside. 2. Next, fry the bacon until crispy and transfer the bacon to paper towel. Reserve 1 tbsp of bacon grease. 3. In the same pan, melt the butter, add garlic and saute until fragrant for 30 seconds. 4. Then, whisk in the heavy cream and let it simmer. 5. Add in the seasonings and whisk to combine. Then, reduce the heat to medium low. 6. Add the parmesan cheese and whisk until it has totally melted. 7. Turn off the heat, add the pasta back to the pan along with the pasta water and bacon. 8.
