ActBlue is really irritating. I’ve given money, and every time I do, my phone BLOWS up, starting at 0830 to 2300. 20 texts a day then I feel shitty sending STOP.

I understand that trying to flip a red state is a long shot, but to me it’s all the more reason to support those areas and with candidates showing there is more than one way to vote the money spent would be for educating people on those areas moving forward to give a chance for change. I’m not big into politics, but it reminds me of putting a new product out. You hit the areas it’s not located in. I realize this is a different breed, but just a thought. Thanks for your content and sharing information

I am not especially enthusiastic about donating to a candidate I support when it goes through the DNC first. Sometimes I support them because they want a DNC that is more responsive to democrats everywhere. What to do?

I’m in such a red area, but seriously I think if more Democrats actually ran against the Republicans they’d get some traction here because I need more and more people who are sick of our representatives. It would give a lot of us hope and a voice.

Check out @AshLeighforAlabama running a tough race for the Alabama Supreme Court. Alabama needs some new voices in the legislature, but we also need it in the courts! Not sure it's entirely unwinnable, but it's going to take a lot of work! (It was the Alabama Supreme Court that left Ray Hinton on death row. We have to do better!)
